Our Mission
Invent Health was created to transform risk into positive outcomes. Founded by healthcare industry veterans, we saw firsthand how managed care plans struggled with fragmented and inadequate solutions for risk adjustment, coding, documentation, and encounter submissions.
Health plans and providers were often exposed to audit risks, revenue leakage, and an inability to accurately identify and manage members with the greatest needs. In short, existing solutions were failing payers, providers, and members alike.

Ro is the Founder and CEO of Invent Health, a visionary leader in risk adjustment, coding, and AI-driven healthcare innovation. Ro is on a mission to transform risk adjustment from a compliance function into a powerful engine for proactive, personalized care.
At Invent Health, he’s building next-generation solutions that integrate traditionally siloed functions—risk adjustment, quality, and encounter submission—into a unified member 360. This approach reduces member abrasion, improves coding accuracy, and enables smarter outreach.
Ro is also exploring how genomics, wearable data, and Gen-AI can enrich member insights, validate diagnoses, and predict future risk—making healthcare not just reactive, but preventive. His vision is clear: leverage the full potential of risk data to optimize scores while meaningfully improving health outcomes.
